Yoga originated in India thousands of years ago. It is specially designed for the overall health of human beings. Nowadays it is getting popular due to its benefits.  No money is required for doing yoga (like gym and other games)  and you can do it at your home and park easily without expending a single rupee.

Pranayama is the fourth limb of Yoga. There are eight limbs of yoga i.e. yama (abstinences), niyama (observances), asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breath control), pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses), (concentration), dhyana (meditation) and samadhi (absorption).

Pranayama can be done in the morning in an open area like a park. You can also do it on your roof. Sit in a reflexed position keeping yourself calm with closed eyes. Forgot everything and concentrate on your breathing in and breathing out.

Posture of doing Pranayama

You can sit in padmasana or sukhasana with a straight spin, neck and head. First, inhale air (prana) deeply and hold it as per your capacity and release it slowly. positions of hand can be on knees, eyes and nose depending upon which pranayama you are doing. Pranayama can be done any time having 6 hours of empty stomach, but Best time to do pranayama is early morning when there is silence and fresh air.
